What is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It helps people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them at work. The methodology uses a simple, memorable four-colour model to describe behavioural preferences — Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue — and the unique mix of these colour energies explains how and why we behave the way we do.

With 18 years of business experience, from employed adviser to multimillion-pound company owner, Lee brings real-world context to behavioural coaching. As a certified Insights practitioner, he helps teams understand themselves and work better together using the proven four-colour energy framework.
