These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at themindmatrix.co.uk and the purchase of any programmes, courses, or services offered by The MindMatrix, operated by Lee Maskery ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We offer the following types of products and services:

• Digital programmes and courses — self-paced online content delivered via our platform.
• Workshops — group or corporate workshops, either in-person or online.
• Coaching — one-to-one and group coaching engagements with Lee Maskery.
• Digital resources — ebooks, guides, and other downloadable materials.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing from within the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"), unless an exception applies.

Exceptions:

• Digital content — if you have expressly consented to the supply beginning during the cooling-off period and acknowledged that your right to cancel is thereby lost, the right to cancel does not apply once the content has been made available to you.
• Personalised or bespoke services — where performance has begun at your request and you have acknowledged that your right to cancel will be lost.

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us in writing at info@themindmatrix.co.uk before the cooling-off period expires. Where a valid cancellation is made, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Outside of your statutory cooling-off rights, all sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds on digital products or programmes once access has been granted or delivery has commenced.

If you believe there is a fault with a product or service, please contact us at info@themindmatrix.co.uk and we will assess your claim in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, video, audio, programme materials, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Lee Maskery / The MindMatrix, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Purchasing a programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal development. You may not share, resell, or sublicence the content to others.

Our programmes and content are provided for educational and personal development purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Results vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The MindMatrix delivers Insights Discovery workshops in association with Unify Partnership, a licensed partner of The Insights Group Ltd. Insights Discovery and Insights Learning Systems were originated by Andi and Andy Lothian. Insights, Insights Discovery and the Insights Wheel are registered trademarks of The Insights Group Ltd.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
